General terms and conditions of the company Mini Indians
§1 Applicability to consumers and definition of terms
(1) The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity (Section 13 BGB (German Civil Code)).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders via our online store https://www.miniindians.com/en.

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following rules apply: The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully going through the ordering procedure provided in our online store. The order takes place in the following steps:
1) Select the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking the "Add to shopping cart" button
3) Check the information in the shopping cart
4) Click on the "Checkout" button
5) Enter the billing and delivery address
6) Choice of payment methods
7) Binding dispatch of the order by clicking the button "Order for a fee" or "Buy"
Before making the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer's information is recorded by pressing the "Back" button in the Internet browser used by him after checking his details and correct input errors or close the Internet browser and cancel the order process. We immediately confirm receipt of the order by an automatically generated e-mail ("order confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online store: We will send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can also view the terms and conditions at any time at https://www.miniindians.com/en. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the Internet.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices quoted include 19% VAT. Any shipping costs will be added.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying via PayPal, Klarna Sofort, credit card payment via Stripe and against prepayment (bank transfer).
(3) The payment method "against prepayment (bank transfer)" is payable within 14 days without deductions. All other possible payment methods are payable immediately without any deductions. The goods will only be delivered after receipt of payment. Caution: Unpaid prepayment orders are automatically deleted after 14 days from receipt of the order.
§4 Discounts, discount codes
(1) Discount codes cannot be purchased. Discount codes are sent by email to newsletter subscribers or on social media channels as part of advertising campaigns and are only valid for the specified period. Discount codes expire at the end of their validity period or after a single use. Individual products can be excluded from the discount campaign.
(2) Discount codes can be redeemed in the shopping cart before completing the order. It is not possible to subsequently offset an order that has already been placed.
(3) Only one discount code can be used per order.
(4) In the event of cancellation or partial cancellation of an order, for example because you do not like the goods, the discount codes will not be refunded.
§5 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for dispatch immediately. In this case, the delivery is usually carried out within 3 working days in Germany. In all other European countries, delivery usually takes place within 15 working days. Delivery to all other countries in the world usually takes place within 30 working days. The deadline for delivery begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day. When ordering products with different delivery times, the longer delivery time always applies.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold is only transferred to the buyer when the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sales shipment.
§6 Purchasable voucher cards/codes and their redemption
(1) By purchasing and using a digital Mini Indians voucher card, you accept our general terms and conditions. Mini Indians reserves the right to interpret, modify or waive the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Our website https://www.miniindians.com/en always contains the current general terms and conditions.
(2) Voucher cards can only be redeemed online at https://www.miniindians.com/en, provided the code issued is redeemed in the shopping cart. With the voucher card you can pay the total amount or part of the amount of the item(s) you have chosen. For online purchases that cannot be paid for in full using the voucher card, you can choose one of the other payment methods offered by the seller when completing the order.
(3) Voucher cards can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process. Subsequent billing is not possible.
(4) When ordering, several voucher cards can be redeemed, unless the voucher code issued states otherwise.
(5) The balance on a voucher card will neither be paid out in cash nor interest.
(6) Voucher cards and remaining balance on voucher cards can be redeemed until the end of the third year after the year in which the voucher was purchased. Remaining credit will be credited to the customer using additional voucher cards until the expiry date.
(7) The voucher card is transferable. The seller can make payments with discharging effect to the respective holder who redeems the voucher card in the seller's online shop. This does not apply if the seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the lack of authorization, incapacity or lack of authorization to represent the respective owner.
(8) Voucher cards can only be used to purchase goods and not to purchase additional voucher cards.
§7 Retention of title
We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
