General information about shipping

Standard shipping takes place via DHL/Deutsche Post with tracking.

1-3 days delivery time (DE)

Free shipping for orders over €99 within Germany.

Free shipping worldwide for orders over €199.

No shipping costs are charged for digital voucher cards.

If the order value falls below €99 due to a partial return in Germany, we will charge the original shipping costs of €3.95.

If the order value falls below €199 due to a partial return from the rest of the world, we will charge the original shipping costs of €9.95 (Austria €6.95).

When ordering products with different delivery times, the longer delivery time always applies.
